Tomorrow

There are things you know, things you believe and understand that I never will. Maybe this is the reason you stop me in my tracks, take my breath away, and leave me in awe.

At times, the way you see the world seems foreign, like a limitless show of faith, a guiding path forward, towards an unreachable promised land. But of course, this is just my limited view.

Every day I experience glimpses of your truth, which make me pause in wonder, fear, excitement. Trying to understand, who you are, what you see, how you feel. 

But I never will, which allows me to know you, like no other.
