Crest

At the top of every crest is a view.

At the base of every valley is the beginning.

There really is no start, just as there really is no end. 

There are just beginnings, one after the other.

What are they here to teach you?

For me, they represent the point in time that I am currently at. They are neither a reward nor a punishment. They are just a moment in time that reminds me I have many more moments to look forward to. 

So climb your mountain. Enjoy your view.

Then descend to the valley floor and begin again, in search of another moment.
